Merchant Sales Job Compensation Plans

Merchant Independent Sales Agents (ISA) are compensated via a commission structure. Each agent is paid a commission upfront on every account they close. There are no holdbacks. The commission amount per account is $341, however this can be reduced if additional services are not sold.

Commissions are paid daily on the day after an account is closed. This means you won’t have to wait for a weekly or bi-weekly payment. As soon as your account closes, you’ll be paid.

Monthly uncapped bonuses may be achieved based on production and can be used to reimburse gas, cell phone, insurance, and other charges.
